I think i might do the Butterfly Project

but for helping me with my diet.

I think it’ll just remind me each day not to binge.

I’ve been failing miserably with my diet.
I’ve been eating pizza, chocolate, and other horrible crap.

I eat when i’m not hungry… I just constantly eat.

If anyone asks, and knows the project, i’ll say it is for support for cutters i know. If anyone asks, and doesn’t know about the project, i’ll say i was bored.

gonna go draw one now.

idontfeellikeeating asked: /try not to just go 'cold turkey', really its not easy. It doesnt work. Its much easier to work your way down to eating less and fewer calories. I remember wanting to do that a million times and it just ended in worse binging, make small changes :]

yeah, i know D: I made a plan of doing little things like every week to get down to when i was only at like 400-800 cals a day.

maybe i just need a better plan :P

it feels like i can’t do it though idek… i’m really doubting myself now since school started and i stopped dieting.

do not go near the kitchen, unless for liquids. I can have soup but that is it.

Hating your body: I think at around age 11 or 12, but i never did anything.
Restricting/counting: June 2009 i think.

I think it was Your Nutritionista who wrote about “honest cravings.” If you’re having one, it might not be the food you’re craving, but the nutrients it gives your body. (I always crave steak and sushi when I PMS.) I found this interesting chart online and thought it was pretty cool.
